Each team member is multilingual, holding both a university degree in a foreign language and a graduate degree related to international development and business. Over the course of our careers, we have accrued experience in foreign language translation, interpretation and education since 1990. Our principal, Julie Nordskog, is an active member and serves on the Board of Directors of the Austin Area Translators and Interpreters Association (AATIA).
TGG works on an as-needed basis with carefully selected freelance professionals and strategic business partners to fully meet the specific needs of each client.
Julie Nordskog, MA Principal. Julie has collaborated with leading foundations, non-governmental organizations and think tanks supporting social entrepreneurship and sustainable development in the Americas for the past fifteen years. She is a an active member and serves on the 2008 Board of Directors of the Austin Area Translators and Interpreters Association. She has an M.A. in Latin American Studies from the University of Texas at Austin and a B.A. in Spanish from the University of California. She lives with her family in Austin, Texas. 
Christina Keimig, MBA Christina is a professional translator, interpreter, and university professor with an extensive background in international business. She holds a M.B.A. as well as a B.A. in Spanish. She has resided in Leon, Mexico with her family for the past nine years.
Claudia Guimarães, MA Claudia has seven years experience working with international foundations and non-governmental organizations in Brazil. She has published translations with major editorial houses since 1990. Claudia was graduated with a B.A. in International Relations and a M.A. in French Literature. She lives in her hometown of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
